Day 1 Nairobi Airport-Lake Naivasha
Welcome!! Woodley Tours Representatives will warmly meet you upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Our guide driver will pick you We then embark on a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley en route to Lake Naivasha. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of rolling landscapes, local homesteads, and escarpments that make this region so unique. A short stop may be made at a viewpoint to admire and photograph the stunning Rift Valley floor below. Arrive at your lodge for check-in and lunch, where you can relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere surrounded by acacia trees and the calls of birds. In the afternoon, set out for an exciting boat ride on Lake Naivasha, a tranquil freshwater lake famous for its rich biodiversity. As you glide across the calm waters, spot hippos wallowing near the shore and observe a spectacular variety of bird species, including fish eagles, herons, cormorants, pelicans, and kingfishers. The lake’s still waters and scenic backdrop of Mount Longonot create a peaceful and photogenic experience. You will return to the lodge and enjoy the serene lake views and later have dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the Rift Valley wilderness.

Day 2 Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park
After a relaxing breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Upon arrival at your lodge, you’ll be welcomed with refreshing drinks and a traditional Kenyan reception before checking in to your room. After settling in, enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge’s restaurant while taking in panoramic views of the park or the lake. In the afternoon, we set out for an exciting game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya’s most famous wildlife sanctuaries. The park is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including Cape buffalo, waterbuck, warthog, impala, zebra, and the rare Rothschild’s giraffe. Keep your camera ready for sightings of the endangered black and white rhinos that thrive here Lake Nakuru is also a birdwatcher’s paradise over 300 bird species have been recorded here, including pelicans, cormorants, and at times, large flocks of flamingos that turn the lake pink. As the sun sets, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 Lake Nakuru National Park – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and you will depart south for a scenic drive to the world-famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. You will arrive at your lodge in time for check-in and a delicious lunch. This afternoon is the moment we have been longing for. We depart on an exciting game viewing drive. The rolling plains and grasslands stretching far into the horizons as far as the eye can see is home to the black-manned lion, the savannah elephant, the Cape buffalo, wildebeest, the elusive leopard, cheetah, the spotted & stripped hyena, rhino, Topi, Burchell’s zebra, the Masai giraffe among many others. The Mara game reserve is one that can never disappoint. One is spoilt by the variety of bird and wildlife species in this game reserve. Birdlife is equally abundant, filling the skies with color and melody. As the afternoon sunlight softens and the sounds of the bush come alive, you’ll experience the peaceful, unhurried charm that makes the Maasai Mara one of Africa’s most treasured safari destinations. Later, you will relax and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge, surrounded by the tranquil rhythms of the wild.

Day 4: Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve
After an early breakfast at your lodge or camp, depart for a full-day adventure in the Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife destination. With your packed picnic lunch, you’ll set off into the wild for an unforgettable day of exploration. The Masai Mara is a land of breathtaking beauty vast open plains dotted with acacia trees, rolling grasslands that stretch to the horizon, and winding rivers teeming with life. As the morning sun rises, the savannah comes alive with activity. Graceful gazelles, towering giraffes, and herds of elephants move across the plains, while lions may be seen lounging in the shade or stalking their prey. Keep your camera ready for the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino as well as cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, zebras, wildebeests, and an array of birdlife. Your expert driver-guide will share fascinating insights into animal behavior, plant life, and the ecosystem that makes the Mara such a unique and thriving wilderness.
Around midday, you’ll stop at a scenic location within the reserve to enjoy your picnic lunch amidst the serenity of the bush. Relax and soak in the atmosphere the soft rustling of grass, the distant call of birds, and the unbroken views of Africa’s untamed beauty. After lunch, continue your game drive as you explore different regions of the park. You may visit areas near the Mara River, famous for the dramatic wildebeest crossings during the Great Migration (seasonal), or venture across the rolling plains in search of elusive predators and rare wildlife species. As the day draws to a close, watch the sun set over the golden savannah a moment of pure tranquility and splendor. Return to your lodge in the evening, where you can freshen up and unwind. Enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight surrounded by the soothing sounds of the wilderness.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon Safari over the Mara plains followed by a champagne breakfast or visit a traditional Masai Manyatta (off the beaten track) and experience the culture of this world-famous community. The Masai still live as they did for centuries.

Day 5 Maasai Mara-Isebania Border
After enjoying a sumptuous breakfast your drive guide will pick you up and transfer you to Isebania border where you will have the immigration formalities and meet your Tanzania guide and continue with your safari to Tanzania.
