Begin in the legendary Serengeti, with two nights in both Central and Kogatende for a chance to witness the Great Migration or resident wildlife. Day by day

Day 1: Arusha – Fly to Serengeti (Central)

Begin your adventure with a morning flight from Arusha to Central Serengeti, landing amid open plains and acacia-dotted savannah. Your guide will greet you upon landing, and you’ll immediately begin your first game drive through the Seronera region, rich in predators and year-round wildlife. Arrive at camp in time for sunset and dinner.

Day 2: Full Day in Central Serengeti

Spend the day exploring the Central Serengeti. This area teems with lions, leopards, elephants, and, depending on the season, migratory herds. Enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive—or a full-day adventure with picnic lunch in the bush. Optional: Hot air balloon safari.

Day 3: Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)

Day 4: Full Day in Northern Serengeti

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Highlands

Day 7: Hadzabe & Datoga Experience – Mto wa Mbu / Lake Manyara

Then visit the Datoga blacksmiths, who work with tools and metal in ancient ways. After lunch, continue to Mto wa Mbu or Lake Manyara, arriving in time to relax or explore a local banana plantation or craft market.

Day 8: Lake Manyara (optional game drive) – Tarangire National Park
